The managers of “Jean Boyer” have an 25 years old experience in the whisky world, and especially in malt whisky as they were amongst the first single malt importers in France as soon as 1975. | Comments | Cask type: Ex refill Bourbon Hogshead. The nose combines a fruit bowl with a sweetie jar against the fresh-scented backdrop od sun-dreid laundry and camomile lawns. The palate continues the sweetness (nougat) and fruit (mangos, bananas) and introduce some spice and dry finish Fragnant and approachable. Cork stopper. | ||

| Comments | Cask type: Ex refill Sherry butt. Rustic, roasted and smoky. The unreduced nose has salteed caramel and butterscotch. Water turns the nose towards maple syrup and coffee beans. The initial palate is fierce though calmer with water: flavours include charred peat, burning rubber and explosive smoke. Cork stopper. | ||

| Comments | Cask type: Ex refill Bourbon barrel. A feisty tongue-fizzer. The nose has lemon, apple and buttery fudge with doughnuts; in reduction, apple pie and custard, and later, eucalyptus. The palate, a fesity tongue-fizzer, has buttery apple notes and subtle smoke; water brings lemon zest to balance the vanilla sweetness. Cork stopper. | ||

| Comments | Cask type: Ex refill Bourbon barrel. Cand floss by a swimming pool. The nose encompasses buttery lemon puffs, marzipan, Dubbined leather, menthol, furniture polish and candy floss. The palate has lots of zestry citrus tingles (lemon soothers, marmelade) with honey and toast; later turning floral and herbal, with impressive sweet chilli warmth. Cork stopper. | ||

An unsusual nose, with the salty, floral freshness of the machair, honey, apricots and cured ham; with water, everything from juicy fruits to oil and steel. The nose has a delicate flower meadows, sea cliffs, coconut and cream soda; with water – sweet tobacco, sherbet straws and mimosa. The palate delivers sweet heat (Berwick Cockles, white chocolate, peppercorns). heather, bog myrtle, seaweed, leather, wood sap and Chablis. Cork stopper. | ||

The inttriguing nose has smoked chees, evostick, peppermint, tarragon and vanilla; also burnt ham, balsm, sea salt and mussels; water brings fermented apples, salted honeycomb and grappa.
